Body Parts Gallery
This is still in the planning stages. Many years ago, when I was shooting models on a regular basis., I started collecting photos of belly buttons. The models sort of got into it and started insisting on photos of their favorite parts, which varied quite a bit. Many models tend to be rather self-critical, but do believe they have one or more great parts, such as hands, feet, legs, arms, breasts, nipples, rear-end, nose, ear or ears, eyes, and hair. (I’m sure I missed something). The models also thought that if the part wasn’t special, it was ugly. Whatever.
As I said, I was collecting belly buttons, which soon turned into photos of the area from the belly button to a little bit below the top of the pubic hair. It was pretty interesting since some people had hair growing in a straight line from the belly button to the pubic hair. Then, BAM, public hair went out of style and that killed those shots as well as pubic hair shots.
Fast-forward to present day and with all those collections in the past all but forgotten. The other day I saw a closeup photo of a breast and also an 18 minute compilation you tube video of a guy feeling the breasts of 1000 women. I can’t explain how, but it jogged a memory of the belly button photos. I was forming this website and was looking for interesting things that others might find intriguing also. I mentioned it to a couple people who I consult with every now and then and they sort of thought it might be interesting.
So the bottom line is - “Does it sound interesting?”
The gallery would be set up with individual body parts in each section of pages. There would be one main gallery containing body part specific sub-galleries under it. For example, there would be one gallery for belly buttons. One for hands, one for feet etc. Now for breasts, nipples, pubic hair or lack of, and general pubic area, I think we have to have separate male and female sub-galleries.
The one appealing feature is that no name or other personal identifier would be listed in the gallery, so if you wanted to do it anonymously, that works. I don’t want any faces to appear on the photo. The only person that would know you are on the site is you...
For those of you who would be thrilled to be acknowledged on the site, I was thinking of an occasional contest of match the body parts to the face. Otherwise I don’t need a picture of your face. We may need a model release.
Let’s have a little help from you, the visitor. Any suggestions or thoughts on this?
The best help would be to send in some photos to help get the site started, along with some ideas about the site. However, all help will be appreciated. If you send in a suggestion, photos of all your body parts, talk someone else to do the same and at least one of you are female, then I’ll come up with a gift certificate to one of my other sites.
